Chinaza Favour
Chinaza Favour, also known as “The Healer”, is a visionary saddled with the burden to transform the minds of individuals, especially the youths from having a negative perception of themselves to having a proper understanding of who they are beyond their external circumstances, overcome their insecurities and heal from emotional hurts…..
She is a personal wellness coach who helps individuals flourish in their personal lives by helping them find meaning to life and adopt everyday habits that lead to a more fulfilling life, beyond their career and professional successes.
She is the host of the weekly talk show “Honest Conversations with Chinaza Favour” where conversations bordering on life are had with openness, vulnerability and grace.
She is the author of the bestselling book "Who Are You, Really?", a book that causes a paradigm shift in the way people perceive themselves to God’s perception of them.
She is also the author of the book “Dear Young One”, a collection of life letters to the 21st Century which has been distributed to over 7,000 youths across different parts of the world.
She is also the Youth Ambassador of the La Roche Leadership Foundation, an organisation that seeks to amplify the voice of the youth through humanitarian activities.
Proud of her African roots, Chinaza Favour is on a mission to inspire young Africans to embrace to find power and beauty in their skin, hair, and everything that makes them African on the outside, without needing to adopt the appearance of another race out of the feeling of inferiority.
She believes that hope for the world is not far-fetched as long as humans, the atomic components of the society, commit to having attitudes and exhibiting characteristics that promote the wellbeing of others by being a little more kind, a little more patience, be a little more forgiving and a little less judgemental.
Her mantra are:
"Healing for the world begins with healing in us." and “The beautiful world we dream of, is possible if we can make kindness and love our second nature.”
